Hghly recommend! My car's tire pressure light kept coming on, and since I'd never been to a mechanic before, I was really nervous and intimidated. But the moment I arrived and met the owner, I instantly felt at ease. He is so friendly, genuine, and welcoming! He quickly checked my tires, filled them with air, and to my surprise, he didn't charge me a dime—he helped me completely for free! As a girl who doesn't know much about cars, finding an honest and reliable mechanic is such a blessing. If you have any car issues, you can absolutely trust this place and feel safe coming here!

I like doing business with James, he’s straight to the point and understood what I wanted done. I brought in my jeep rubicon (lifted + 35” tires)to get the steering box replaced, wheel alignment, and tires rotated. Reasonable prices 💯

This 5-star review is long overdue. I’ve been bringing my cars to James for years, and he runs one of the most honest and reliable auto repair businesses I’ve experienced. James, the owner, is always kind, patient, and takes the time to clearly answer questions so you understand exactly what’s going on with your vehicle. What I appreciate most is his reliability. When James says a car will be ready, it’s ready. That level of professionalism and respect for customers’ time is rare. Great customer service and honest auto repair deserve recognition. If something ever isn’t perfect, the right thing to do is give a good business the opportunity to make it right — and from my experience, James absolutely stands behind his work. If you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic who does quality work and treats customers fairly, I highly recommend James and his shop.

I had a nail in my tire and ordered a new tire for Kim’s to install. It was easy to make an appointment and everything went smoothly during the appointment. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Great service and highly recommend.

When I bought my tires on Amazon, I was given the option to include installation. The nearest shop listed was Just Tires on Blossom Hill Road. The additional cost was only $24.99, which included tire balancing and the recycling fee for disposal of the two old tires. I declined the offer because Kim's Tires was offering me the same service for the price I had paid last time—only $20.00 per tire. When I arrived yesterday, James Kim was not in the shop; he had gone on a lunch break, so I had to deal with his employee, Jose. I told Jose what James had quoted me for the price, and he said he would call James to get approval. However, the price was not the same as what James had told me—it had gone up to $30.00 per tire. Since I was already at the shop and had other things to do, I felt I had no choice but to accept it. I feel bad about this experience and have lost trust in James, the owner. One more thing: the new tires were supposed to replace the old ones in the rear and move the old ones to the front. However, Jose said, "It's rainy season; it's better to put the new ones in the rear." I said, "NO." My car is front-wheel drive, and it is safer to put the new tires on the front.
